Reformer + Springboard Small Group Classes

Classes now forming!

Elevate your workout in one of our small group Reformer + Springboard classes designed to leave you standing taller and feeling stronger. We have classes for beginners to get started, and for seasoned practitioners to progress your practice as you become more experienced. Start your day off right with a morning class designed to get the energy flowing, or an evening class to help you wind down your day so you can enjoy a relaxed evening and a good night’s sleep! Who doesn’t need a little less tossing and turning.
