Ayurveda is a natural healing system that literally means “the science (or wisdom) of life.” Through Ayurveda, we learn how to optimize our wellness with balancing self-care rituals and routines.

According to Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mind-body constitution. Disease is created when we are out of balance with nature, and health is attained when we honor our unique constitution by living in balance.
