Youth Programs
It’s never too early to nurture a child’s love for movement, discipline, and creative expression. At Gather Pilates, we’re excited to offer a comprehensive Youth Programming lineup that builds confidence, instills discipline, and fosters a genuine passion for movement in every child. Our thoughtfully designed programs empower kids and teens to develop as individuals while discovering and exploring their unique interests and abilities.
From the artistry of dance to the focused strength of karate and the core-building power of Pilates, we’ve created a space where every young mover can thrive. Each program is designed to help kids discover their potential while building confidence and having a blast. And here’s the beautiful part—while your little ones are exploring movement and making new friends, we’ve thoughtfully scheduled Pilates classes and sessions for parents during youth programming times. It’s our way of making sure everyone in the family gets to prioritize wellness, connection, and a little well-deserved self-care.
Gather Dance Studio
At Gather Dance Studio, we believe in the power of dance to inspire confidence, discipline, and a life-long love of movement. Dance is more than just steps—it’s a way to express yourself, build resilience, and find joy in movement. As Martha Graham once said, “Dance is the hidden language of the soul.”
We offer classes for youth ages 3 and up, including Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Irish Tap, Cheer, and Lyrical. Our dance program is thoughtfully integrated with our Pilates program, ensuring that dancers not only develop their artistry but also gain lifelong fitness skills.
Why choose Gather Dance Studio?
We’re dedicated to helping young dancers grow not only as athletes and performers but as individuals. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to refine their skills, we’re here to support their journey every step of the way.

Youth Pilates
At Gather Pilates, we believe that Pilates isn’t just for adults—it’s a fantastic way for kids and teens to build strength, improve posture, and develop body awareness. As Joseph Pilates himself said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
Joseph Pilates believed in starting physical training at a young age to build a foundation of health, strength, and discipline. He emphasized that teaching proper movement patterns early could prevent injuries and set the stage for a lifetime of physical vitality.
Our Youth Pilates Program is designed to help young movers build a strong foundation for all their physical activities, from sports to dance and beyond.
Benefits of Youth Pilates

- Flexibility & Balance: Improve coordination and range of motion.
- Injury Prevention: Learn proper alignment and movement patterns to stay safe in other activities.
- Focus & Mindfulness: Develop concentration and a sense of calm through movement.
