Fall is a great time to reset, rejuvenate and rebalance. Our modern lives are often “too busy” for self-care, which throws us off balance. According to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, we optimize our health when we are in balance. When we are out of balance, we open ourselves up to sickness and disease. If we invest in self-care that contributes to balance now, we are less likely to be forced to stop for sickness later.

My favorite self-care ritual? A seasonal Ayurvedic cleanse.

Ayurveda teaches us how to find balance, and how to harness the energy of seasonal transitions to optimize our health. An Ayurvedic cleanse rebalances us by eliminating toxins while nourishing the body and calming the mind. No fasting involved! Unlike many trendy detox diets on the market that do more harm than good, this “spring rebalance” will leave you rejuvenated and feeling your best. 

How do I know I need a cleanse?

You may benefit from an Ayurvedic cleanse if you are struggling with any of the following:
